• know that others will understand a bit about what you are experiencing

• Expect you to talk about anything you are not comfortable about sharing
• Join in any activities

• Provide a safe place where you can choose to be vulnerable
• Give you tea coffee and biscuits
• Listen to you carefully
• Provide support when you need it
